‘I’m Nicola, the Service Manager at Volvo Cars Poole. I love working in such a supportive environment, with a complete focus on offering our customers the very best level of service.
I first started at Volvo Cars Poole as a service advisor in 2017 and really enjoyed my role in customer service. Although the role is fast paced and challenging, providing a great service and interacting with people on a human level is what gave me the most satisfaction. I progressed to service manager earlier this year and now get the opportunity in a leadership role to help my team develop and find their own ways to create an amazing customer experience.
