Meet Aaron
I’m Aaron Aston, Master Technician. My favourite memory is attaining my second Master Technician accreditation with Audi after completing my Master Technician status with VW. I enjoyed the examination days after lots of studying and physical practice. It’s a great feeling knowing that all the hard work has got me to where I want to be in my career.
I originally started as an Accredited Diagnostic Technician intending to become an Audi Master Technician here at Poole Audi and I am proud to have achieved this within the year.
Being skilled in solving more complex faults is great but what I enjoy most about my role is assisting others. Coaching the team in the workshop to solve issues builds their confidence and technical ability. It’s a real privilege to help people learn and continue to maintain the high standards we strive for as Technicians.
